Video Storm's TMX series matrix enables you to distribute HD video, digital & analog audio, bidirectional IR control, and power to each viewing zone using SINGLE CAT5E connections!
The TMX series is a modularly designed matrix system that supports up to 12 input sources matrixed to as many outputs as you need. The base unit, TMX89, comes standard with 8 inputs and 9 outputs (8 CAT5E, 1 RCA).
The TMXAB local audio output expansion board is used with the TMX89 base unit or the TMXXP expansion unit. You can these cards in any of the input card slots on TMX89, or in the output slots on TMXXP.
Each board provides 3 digital and stereo audio outputs for use with your in rack audio solutions.
The TMXIB HD input expansion board is used with the TMX89 base unit. You can add up to 4 of these boards to support a maximum of 12 input sources.
The TMXOB output expansion board is used with the TMX89 base unit. You can add one of these boards to support a maximum of 17 output zones. Each TMXOB adds 8 CAT5E outputs to the TMX system.
TMXRX is the receiver CAT5E balun for use with the TMX89 or TMXCXP. This integrated balun is capable of simultaneously receiving HD component video, digital and analog audio, forward and back channel IR, power, and control over a single cable.
This unit is designed to fit in a single gang wall mount and uses standard paintable plates. No external power or ground connections are typically needed! TMXRX provides an excellent low profile and attractive installation solution.
TMXXP is an expansion unit for the TMX89 base unit. TMXXP connects to the TMX89 via the AV expansion port and provides up to 16 fully independent HD component video outputs (selectable from any of the 12 sources connected to TMX89).
TMXCXP has slots for 4 TMXOB output boards, each providing 8 CAT5E outputs, and 6 TMXAB local audio output boards
