Our mailing lists and customer accounts are not shared with
anyone, ever! The only information from your account
which will ever be displayed on our public pages is the Alias
you entered when creating your account. This is used to
identify any submissions you have made to our forums.
Credit card numbers from purchases on Video-Storm.com are not stored or received on or by this server. They
are handled strictly by the servicing agent you choose.
We prefer you use Paypal, but all our payment service

Most Video-Storm.com products come with a 100% risk free
guarantee. The product description will indicate if the
item is covered by this policy. These products are
directly supported by our team of highly experienced video
engineers. Your questions will be answered by the same
people who designed the product. We go to great lengths
to ensure our products will perform satisfactorily in your
home. However, in the rare event we cannot resolve
issues or if you are not satisfied with the product for any
other reason, these products may be returned for a full
refund. The return period is the longest of 30
days from purchase or 30 days from the resolution of any
issues reported to technical
support during the first month of purchase.
Return Policy
When you receive your shipment, immediately inspect the
package for shipping damage. While it is extremely rare
for shipping damage to occur, if your package is damaged notify
the shipping company AND Video-Storm.com of the damage
within two days. If shipping insurance has been
purchased, you will be reimbursed by the shipping company for
the damaged item. However, it is your responsibility to
notify both parties within two days of receiving the damaged
item.
If you decide you need to return a non-defective and
undamaged product, you will need to request
an RMA and receive a RMA number from Video-Storm.com.
No returns will be accepted without an official RMA number.
An RMA can be requested up to 30 days from the shipping date
(unless covered by risk free guarantee),
and product must be received within 10 days of the RMA receipt.
Items can be returned only
if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with
literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the
manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any
stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.
Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection,
make sure to insure the package. Video-Storm.com cannot
be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Some items
may require a 10% to 15% restocking fee, you will be notified
with your RMA if a restocking fee will be charged. If
anything is missing from the returned product, a restocking
fee will also be charged. Items covered by the risk free
guarantee never have a restocking fee unless parts are
missing. If you would like find out if
a specific item will have a restocking fee if returned, please
contact us. Shipping charges are generally not
refundable unless we have made an error in your order.
Warranties
The merchandise sold on our site is designed and manufactured by
Video Storm LLC. We use the most reliable components on
the market, and the products are designed to last. Our
warranty covers parts and labor for 1 full year following purchase,
and parts only for 3 years. In the unlikely event you receive an
item that was not damaged in shipping but is defective please
contact us and we will repair or replace the item promptly.
